Course: COVID-19 Return to Work

This eLearning package has been designed and built to assist Employers to ensure they provide adequate training to their Employees on the safe return to the workplace. The aim of this training course is to ensure that Employees are aware of the risks associated with COVID-19 and the control measures that the Employer needs to have in place to reduce the chances of infection whilst at work. It follows the essential guidance provided by the Government and course will cover:

• Understanding the signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and how it may affect you.
• Understanding your employers and your responsibilities whilst at work.
• Being aware of the control measures to use to reduce the chances of contracting COVID-19.
• Knowing what you need to do if you think that you have COVID-19.
• Employers will fulfil their legal obligation under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
• Employers will have the assurance that Employees are aware of the controls that help make their workplace “COVID-secure“.
• Demonstrates to colleagues and partners that you are doing everything you can to keep workers safe.
