YOUR FLAT FIRE Door SAFETY CHECK
We need to check your flat front door to help keep you and everyone in your building safe.
Fire experts from TEAM Safety Services will carry out essential, non-invasive checks on your flat front door, which should take no longer than 5 minutes.
Your tenancy or lease agreement includes an obligation to allow access for essential safety checks.
All of our surveyors are DBS checked and will be wearing a TEAM Safety Services polo shirt with a identification card or lanyard, which they’ll be happy to show you. Please ask to see it before letting them into your home.
For any other queries about your home, please contact Peabody on 0300 123 3456 or via www.peabody.org.uk/contact-us.
