The introduction of the Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025, effective as of the 6th of April 2026, is a vital step forward in protecting residents in high-rise and higher-risk buildings. A 'one size fits all' approach to fire safety is not fit for purpose. This legislation ensures that residents who may be vulnerable in an emergency have a Residential Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (RPEEP), giving them the preparation and individualised support needed to stay safe when it matters most.

This FREE course explains the Fire Safety (Resident Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025 and new duties designed to help protect residents who would have difficulty evacuating without assistance.
