Fire Risk Assessment Validators (Advanced Level)

Remote Role – Work from Home – Nationwide Opportunities – £35–£45 per Hour


TEAM Safety Services Ltd is expanding nationwide! After over 15 years of delivering award-winning services and fire safety consultancy across London and the Southeast, we are now growing our team to support projects across the Midlands, Southwest, and Northern England.

We are seeking Advanced Fire Risk Assessors to undertake a Validator role, reviewing and quality-assuring Fire Risk Assessments in line with our BAFE SP205 accreditation requirements.

This is a fully remote position, making it an ideal opportunity for experienced assessors looking for flexible, home-based work.

The Role

You will be responsible for the review and validation of Fire Risk Assessments, ensuring they meet required technical standards and comply with relevant legislation and guidance.

This includes:

  • Reviewing completed Fire Risk Assessments for technical accuracy and completeness
  • Ensuring compliance with BAFE SP205 scheme requirements
  • Providing clear, constructive feedback to assessors
  • Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
  • Supporting continuous quality improvement across our FRA delivery

About You

  • Advanced Fire Risk Assessor with significant experience
  • Strong working knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and guidance
  • Experience reviewing or quality-assuring Fire Risk Assessments (desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail and report-writing standards
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
