Celebrating 15 Years of TEAM Safety Services: A Legacy of Making a Difference

As we enter the new year, TEAM Safety Services is thrilled to celebrate a massive milestone: 15 years of providing exceptional fire safety and health & safety services! What began as a vision shared by three dedicated firefighters has grown into a thriving business that is transforming safety standards across industries.

TEAM’s journey started in the early 2000s when Tony, Ellis, and Mick, three serving firefighters, were all working at St Albans Fire Station.

For Tony, Ellis, and Mick, fighting fires and saving lives wasn’t just a job—it was a calling. But as they reflected on the causes of many of the emergencies they encountered throughout the decades, they realised that prevention was just as important as response. Determined to make a meaningful difference, they combined their expertise and passion to create TEAM Safety Services in 2009. The name, a nod to their initials—Tony, Ellis, And Mick—also embodies their collaborative mission: working as a team to keep people safe.

From the beginning, TEAM Safety Services has been dedicated to improving lives and workplaces. From a team of 3, the company has grown into a dynamic team of over 25 professionals. Together, we’ve established ourselves as leaders in both fire safety and health & safety, offering a wide range of services to meet our client's needs:

We’re proud to have partnered with some of the UK’s most respected organisations, including Peabody, Transform, NHS, Selfridges, Equans, London Borough of Camden, McConnell, and many more.

As we reflect on the past 15 years, we’re immensely proud of the impact we’ve made. From improving working conditions and teaching employees how to avoid life-altering accidents to helping companies comply with safety regulations, our mission has always been about creating safer environments for everyone.

This anniversary is not just a celebration of our history but a moment to look forward to the future. As we enter 2025, we are more motivated than ever to continue expanding our services, developing new training innovations, and helping even more organisations and individuals.
