TEAM Safety Services Wins Construction Initiative of the Year at the British Training Awards

We’re thrilled to announce that TEAM Safety Services has been named Winner of the Construction Initiative of the Year at the prestigious British Training Awards 2025!

This national awards programme celebrates the most effective training, learning and development strategies across the UK. From multinational corporations to grassroots initiatives, the awards recognise innovation, impact, and the power of people development to drive meaningful change. To have our work recognised in this way — especially as a small team— is a truly proud moment.

We were also honoured to be named a Finalist for Onboarding Initiative of the Year, standing shoulder to shoulder with some of the UK’s largest and most well-resourced organisations. In the panel Q&As during the awards ceremony, discussions centred on how to deliver consistent learning and development to workforces of thousands, even hundreds of thousands. As a team of just 15 core staff, supported by approximately 40 risk assessors, it was both surreal and validating to be awarded alongside giants in the industry. A powerful reminder that true impact isn’t measured by size, but by the quality of your work, the care you put into it, and the expertise behind it.
